Canada Express Entry Process

Canadian immigration is possible through express entry. Express entry is the fastest and most convenient way to move to Canada as a skilled worker. Candidates must meet specific eligibility requirements in order to join the express entry pool, and once they have done so, their profiles are accepted. An applicant who opts for Express Entry is eligible for a PR visa in Canada within 15-20 days after receiving their invitation, and within six months, could receive their permanent residency.

The following are the steps in the express entry process:

Step 1: Find out your eligibility.
Identifying the applicant’s eligibility is the first step. Express entry applicants are required to meet specific requirements, including age, qualification, work experience, English proficiency, adaptability, etc., and score 67/100 points.

Step 2: Get your documentation ready.
There are certain documents that must be submitted when applying for the express entry pool. Within 60 days of receiving their ITA, applicants must submit the required documents. Document verification is completed before the application can proceed.

Step 3: Submit your profile into the pool.
After you have prepared all the documentation, you will need to submit your application into the pool; once the application has been submitted, you will need to wait for your ITA. Within 15-20 days after the ITA is filled out, the ITA is received in the express entry pool.

Step 4: Receive an invitation and apply for a permanent residence visa.
In order to fly to Canada within the given entry date, all required documents must be submitted, a passport must be stamped, and an applicant must be prepared to travel within the given timeframe.
